The whole family loves Schnitz but the Fountain Gate store is terrible to visit especially during busy periods. The service is great, the staff are always polite and the food is good BUT to be waiting over 45mins dine in for our order is not acceptable. No presence of a someone in charge, when you ask about your order your told 5 more mins and 15mins passes. It's disappointing but we may need to choose another place to dine next time. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$80–100 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

if I could rate zero I would when I orderd my food for pick up they didn't notice me but gave MY order to the wrong customer who was gross enough to open my food eat it lick his fingers n continue eating my food when the worker realized he took back the order from the man and then went back talked to his manager and then they re closed the same food that was handed and tried to bring it back to me then tell me that it wasn't opened when I confronted him about it don't eat here they're gross with their food n service Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Such a worse customer service. I was made to wait 45 mins since I made the web order. No attendance at the signage where the pickup orders were to be collected, not even a curtesy of someone coming over and receiving the customer. When I mentioned about the wait, I was told it is normal. That is extortion telling a customer to wait after taking money and before taking my money. It is a bad business model Shnitz. No execuse of telling your customer that you are busy and keep taking orders while those who made the order are already waiting.
