Ordered the New avocado chicken parmy Salad bowl Meal, looked fantastic on the advertisement, when presented with the meals, had to run after waitress to ask where is cutlery. To be told to collect at back of restaurant.. The salad bowls I should have sent back immediately as the lettuce was comprised and had pink rot of every piece,the chicken slightly cooked under and very little dressing, the only thing right was the parmasan crunch pieces.this is below standard restaurant quality and disappointing as I have eaten at many Nando's stores in Australia and never been served such poor quality food. It was busy however the store seemed to be lacking management in both the front of house and kitchen. I felt the staff if I complained lacked training to deal with complaints. They seemed to be unsupported and not trained properly. It was a disappointment to say the least Nando's Fountain Gate.
