The moment we walked into CUT we could tell this was the place for us.The atmosphere is modern, upscale and the welcoming staff made us feel genuinely taken care of throughout the evening. We started with smoked salmon, oysters and the kids wanted fries. Everything arrived beautifully presented and was an experience not easily outdone or forgotten with all of the arranged side choices that come with the oysters we were taken back. It’s so nice to have an option like this for the whole family that I just had to write a review. For our large booth table we could see the stonework of the bar that was breathtaking. The flavorful cocktails were masterfully crafted and my wife had some mocktail options that we all agreed were also delicious. Trust when I say the kids know their fries and they said these were the best they’ve ever had The steaks were right on par with the entire experience of the night. I ordered the center cut filet medium rare, and it was cooked exactly as requested. It was very flavorful, beautifully seared and tender all the way through. You could tell the quality of the meat was exceptional before even taking the first bite. The wood fire flavor comes through in every delicious embrace. 10 out of 10. We will be making this our Door County tradition. CUT is the best steakhouse we’ve experienced in Door County and we’ve tried them all. We had an incredible dinner at CUT! I tried their special, the center cut rib eye, and it was cooked to perfection—super flavorful and juicy. My daughter really enjoyed her pasta dish, which looked and tasted amazing, and my mother-in-law was served some truly huge prawns that were a highlight. The atmosphere is upscale yet welcoming, and the service was top-notch. It's a fantastic spot for a family meal or a special night out in Door County. Highly recommend! The executive chef Bernard came to our table so we could thank him. The food is properly priced for the quality. You pay for what you get. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
