As a tourist here, I am a little disappointed in the service. I came here with a group of friends as it was recommended to me, but the first look I get is a side eye from one of the female waitresses. We apparently came in a bit late and we did not know, but our male waiter gave us an attitude and rushed us to order. I understand you want to go home early, but what happened to hospitality? Despite everything, the cakes were pretty good, so only the bakers deserve a compliment in this case.

Cacao Riva in Rijeka, Croatia, is a true gem. I was there a week ago and can’t stop thinking about it as I’ve returned back to the states.Their cakes are not only visually stunning but also incredibly delicious. Their coffee is absolutely delicious. I wish I could’ve tried everything on the menu and highly recommend trying everything they have. My experience at Cacao Riva was absolutely delightful, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rijeka. You will not be disappointed.
