Popular steady flow of people picking up breakfast and coffee. I sat in and watched the world go by; light and airy, friendly staff, open kitchen and a good range of bagels, sandwiches, pastries and coffee. Is it weird I feel bad giving Cafe Brusco 5-stars? This is the cafe I wish I could walk to from my house. (I can’t.) The menu is the first I’ve ever seen that gives you an option to get two different bagel half’s with two different toppings. Just Wow! Halfsies for bagels should be normalized! I do have two pieces of super minor notes: I wanted my bagel more toasted but that’s so personal and my bagel needed a touch more salt on top, which the staff gave me and voila. Perfection. Coffee options look fantastic and I did pick up a piece of gluten-free olive oil cake for later. Also fantastic. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
