We had such a lovely tea break at a charming cafe in Samarkand. The tea and cookies were truly delicious, and the place was incredibly clean. What made it even better was the staff—they were so kind, attentive, and always had a smile on their faces. It’s such a cozy and welcoming spot!

I spent some time here before catching my train. It was very crowded, but the setting was comfortable and there were plenty of options to choose from. The ordering process was a little confusing, as cakes had to be ordered at the counter while other items could be ordered at the table. The food also took a bit of time to arrive, but it tasted really good. Overall, a nice place to relax before a train journey.

This cafe has 3 things that can be hard to find in Central Asia: a decent burger, well-cooked, pre-salted fries, and delectably moist cake. Unlike a box of chocolates, at Cafe Chocolate, you know what you’re gonna get: good food and great cake
