We past by for lunch in the beginning of August and it was great! I had an espresso and some pastry afterwards. The pastry was warm and delicious and the espresso vale in a nice little cup. Very stylish. I would recommend this place. Thank you!

Honestly the best and most original AND best value food I’ve had in Denmark. I didn’t stay but am sure rooms are lovely - will definitely stay next time!

Wonderful cozy spot in the heart of Ribe! Cafe Sallys is a real gem right in the center of Ribe. The location is perfect — super central with beautiful views toward the cathedral, making it ideal for starting/ending a day exploring the historic town. The place itself is so nice and welcoming the moment you step in. The staff is genuinely friendly and makes you feel right at home, creating that perfect Danish hygge atmosphere with its charming historic building, and relaxed vibe. If you’re in Ribe, definitely stop by Cafe Sallys. Service: 5
