There is no system here at all - ordered a chicken sandwich, sausage sandwich and pancakes with ice cream. Waited over 50mins for it come, and staff didn't look too fazed when asked if the pancakes had even been warmed up since they were cold and tought to cut, just a reply of 'oh, you should have said'. Decided not to as we'd probably have had to wait another 20mins for warm pancakes...! Heard several people complaining asking where their food was, they didn't look understaffed but if they knew there was a long wait on orders they should have at least warned you upon ordering so you could make the decision where to proceed or not. Shame, as it could be a nice place. Will not visit again unfortunately. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Did the Welton waters walk and stopped for a coffee in the cafe they had lots on offer the cakes looked great but just coffee on this occasion and water for the dog!
