Fun spot. I was skeptical at first given the menu cocktails seemed crazy expensive, but the overall bar and service had a good fun vibe. We only stayed for two cocktails each because the $20+ price point was a little too bonkers to stomach Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place was recommended by another bar as one of the best, So we gave it a shot. The drinks are pricey but it’s all part of an incredibly fun experience. There is so much character in the place and the staff is fun and knowledgeable. For drinks, we got the Canon’s Cannon and the Tropical Freeze. Both were so good highly recommend. It’s kind of funny chatting away while drinking out of a mini cannon. For food, do not leave this place without trying the Nettle Hush Puppy’s and the Mushroom Skewers. Those flavors, paired with the drinks, and the general vibe of the place, made it a great experience. We will definitely be returning! Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Canon is hands down one of the coolest cocktail bars I’ve ever been to in Seattle. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is all about creativity and craftsmanship. Their cocktail menu is incredibly unique, with flavors you won’t find at a typical bar. Every drink is thoughtfully crafted, balanced, and full of surprises. What really makes Canon stand out is the presentation. The cocktails come in the most creative and unusual glassware, turning every order into an experience. You never know what your drink is going to arrive in, and that’s part of the fun. It’s clear that the bartenders put a tremendous amount of thought into every detail, from the ingredients to the garnish and the glass itself. The atmosphere is warm, stylish, and perfect for a date night, catching up with friends, or simply treating yourself to an unforgettable cocktail. Even if you’re not a cocktail expert, the staff is knowledgeable and happy to help you find something you’ll love. If you’re visiting Seattle and enjoy craft cocktails, Canon should absolutely be on your list. It’s more than just a bar—it’s an experience.
