We loved the Capitol Cafe! Came here by chance for an early breakfast and liked it so much that we came back for dinner. Food is very tasty and fresh and the staff is very friendly and accommodating (they even hailed a cab for us!). We also loved the Tashkent tea and will search for it to take home.
