There are many restaurants in Trastevere advertised on Instagram, Facebook or other social media. I tried a few and was disappointed in most cases. And so lauded is this neighbourhood as Rome's premier dining destination. But "Capo de Fero Roma" turned out to be an exception, a hidden Roman diamond. Six of us went there, almost everyone chose different dishes, but everyone left the restaurant fully satisfied and delighted with the flavours of the dishes. In addition, the prices were extremely cheap for such dishes. You can see that the owners and staff put their whole heart into this work. They are kitchen craftsmen in a positive sense. I am sure that if we ever manage to visit Rome again, we will definitely visit this paradise of Roman cuisine.
