Evo Hosteria was excellent. It had a small but authentic menu and it was very good. I had ordered a daily special (Piatti del giorno) and it was a Spaghettone alla carbonara con tartufo nero fresco (1-3-7-12). It was delicious. Overall I found the overall experience to be a great one and I recommend anyone going to Rome to try it out. The restaurant is small and cosy and has a very nice feel. The desserts we ordered were also very good, the cheesecake and tiramisu. The espresso and home made shortbread biscuits were also excellent.
