placed an online order on 5/29/26 for a 4:15 pickup (order was placed around 2pm). ordered 2 subs, 1 calzone and 1 pizza. this order was specifically placed for 4:15 because we wanted to have time to eat before leaving for buffalo at 5:30. we arrived to the store at 4:15 and were told that the tag just printed and that our order was just being made, it would be 15-20 minutes. OK - i worked in food for 5 years and understand stuff happens. 20 minutes later, the calzone is brought out to us. we walk to the counter for the rest of our order and only the subs are there. no pizza. apparently our pizza was accidentally given to another customer who had already left. cashier told us it would be 5 minutes or so (even though it takes much longer than 5 minutes to make a pizza and cook it.) it is now 5pm and our order is still not ready. keep in mind, we have not been told sorry once by the staff or offered anything. my mom went up to the counter ready to ask for a refund, and our pizza finally came out. 45 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. my mom made a comment to the staff about the wait time (as i’m sure any other customer would if they had to wait 45 minutes past a scheduled pickup), and was again told that the tag printed out at 4:15 and there was miscommunication. to not even be offered any credit/partial refund/extras with the order is absolutely ridiculous. it’s unfortunate that their food is very good but their service and handling of the situation was not. very frustrating experience. in my food service experience, which was a very similar style restaurant to capones, we always made sure to offer our customers something in a situation like this. disappointing Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We were greeting with friendly smiles and very good looking crew! My friend loved her chicken parm with vodka and pesto sauce. They missed the mark on my EXTRA LARGE Supremo pizza as I requested EXTRA SAUCE so pizza was a bit dry for mom and I but will definitely be back! Thank you! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Your typical Italian deli and my first time today in Irondequoit. I dont know whats up with people saying there is brunch and a comedy night and music ???? Maybe another location ? I had a tuna sub it was excellent and fresh unlike rubinos crap subs that are just that crap! I will be going back for sure the only negatives here are parking and the hours ,parking too small amd hours too short ,just my thoughts.Also if tou pay with a card you must leave a tip on the screen ?? Why??? This will be my second review of Capones Irondequoit. Ordered a large steak sub 18 bucks. Ordered a small tuna sub with specifically asking for honey mustard and was told yes we have it. Waited about 20 mins got the subs and headed home. This time the tuna was bland no taste and there was straight mustard on this so that's a negative thing not worth 12 bucks at all. On to the steak.. good flavor but a bit on the skimpy side with steak. For 18 bucks a large should be loaded with meat but not the case . Good taste and value get me back in the door and right now that's gonna be a pretty hard no! I had pizza last time and for 5 bucks a slice that's another hard no! The one half of the steak sub was decent the second half not so much. So as the saga continues to find a excellent sub and pizza I still have not found that one? Its either one or the other. We waited some time for capones to open and so far it has not been great The sub rolls are good and fresh but that's not going to bring me back in their door. Prices are too high for the quality of food they are serving, a good value it is not ! Better pizza is pontillos on Hudson and subs are at Calabresella in gates! Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
