My boyfriend and I ordered pizza tonight for delivery through the website. After an hour and 20 minutes, he called to see where it was. We were told it was just waiting for a driver to deliver and it would be there within 20 minutes. We waited for another 20 minutes, and nothing. He called again and was told that it was maybe out for delivery, but they didn't know for sure. They were going to check and call us back. No one called back. 10 minutes later I finally called and asked for a refund. I was told by the manager that they "weren't taking online orders right now and we must have missed calling you, but it's now canceled". Then why would we get two other people telling us our order is ready and being delivered?! We definitely won't be ordering here again. My boyfriend had plans that he ended up missing because we were sitting and waiting for an order that never showed up. We were hungry 2 hours ago, and now are hungry and angry.
