Staff was friendly. Food was fast, hot and delicious! I only have 4 stars for atmosphere because is kind of dark in the and the bathroom is not great, and 1-ply toilet paper...why?? Lol Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Went through drive-through asked for crispy bacon on both of my burgers was given barely cooked bacon and the fries were half raw, barely even cooked when I dropped $40 on a few burgers I expect to have at least cooked. I would give zero stars if I could reached out to the store. Nobody wants to pick up the phone and corporate won’t return my emails horrible customer service with Carl’s Jr. Don’t think I’ll ever go back to eating Carl’s Jr. again. The bun was falling apart when we went to bite into it. It hadn't even been toasted. The French fries were so salty and they were freezing. We could not even eat it. I had to take the tomato off, because every time we took a bite, the bread fell apart. This was the most disappointing waste full money that I've ever spent on food, I had to get my own bun and just put their stuff on there, you need to step it up.Carl's Jr. you're pictures do not look like your drive through food. I think this should be false advertising. I haven't been to Carl's Jr. in years and I actually wanted a salad. I looked online and they said that they serve salads there. I guess it must have been not updated.
