Went in for a pick up order and gave the order number; was told order was not there. Asked again and the order was there and ready. Asked for a manager manager never came up. Left so my food would be hot still. Service: 1

Food is great. The people here are above average for fast food. It's a bit pricey for chicken but all in all we keep going back.

I ordered online and was given the incorrect order, then instead of telling me they were unable to fulfill my initial order they gave me random pieces. Then when I drove back the manager states it'll be 30 minutes for my correct order, which I stated I just want my money back for the pieces I paid extra for and he states he is unable to process online order refunds. A simple conversation from the night shift manager working pickup window could've avoided this instead of an awful customer experience. The only reason I'm rating a 2/5 instead of a 1 is KFC nationally and other locations in Reno are not as awful as this specific location. Price per person: $10–20
