Extremely rude attitude. The two staff members were busy chatting behind the counter, and when I asked a question, they looked visibly impatient. Sorry for interrupting your conversation!

A solid reference among the increasingly rare monuments of Roman food outlets. From dates to spices, from caviar to blueberry jam, at Castroni you can truly find everything you need for gourmant and creative cuisine. Over the years, unfortunately, the assortment has shrunk a bit, but fortunately compensated by the exquisite courtesy and competence of the staff. It remains an obligatory choice in Roman gastronomy.
