If you land in Rīga with a late evening flight, like me, Čē is the place to quench your thirst, since it never closes before 01:00 AM. It is a sort of a basic place but, at the same time I couldn't call it neither dull or anonymous. In summer you can sit and sip your drink in an open air terrace right in front of the entrance: tucked away from the tourist routes, this is a good place to enjoy some quiet. Please bear in mind that terrace closes at 11:00 PM, so after that time you'll have to find an indoor seat. The LGBTQ+ crowd is welcome here, but even if you're not part of that community you won't be pointed with the finger :)

Nice place but the short and balding bartender with mustache is rude and horrible, in my eyes he was pretty rude to three different people, he refuses to speak English and tried to give us less change. This place would be so much better without him.. but I’m not coming back and my friends as well Service: 1
