Ceibo has great and uncommon combinations of flavors. It is fairly priced, with warm, attentive staff. We sat in the cozy basement dining area, which leaves something to be desired on the blank walls. Additionally, there was no decor or furniture that absorbed sound, so it was quite loud in there, even with only a few tables with guests. We had a hard time hearing our server and each other. Other than that, the vibe is quite nice for a date night. We will come back. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I came here last Friday night with 3 close friends and had the most amazing time. You can tell they care about you and your experience. We ordered a few appetizers and a few entrees. The Butter & Bread is a must get! It was phenomenal. Other highlights include the Hamachi Crudo, Chicken Liver Parfait, and Chorizo dumplings. This place is a hidden gem and has restored some of my faith in DC restaurants. The owner was extremely nice and personally greeted everyone in our party. He is very humble, but you can tell he has perfected this craft. My favorite dish was most likely the Chorizo Dumpling and Chocolate Cake dessert. The chef gifted us with a round of champagne after dessert which was amazing; It was the cherry on top to an extremely memorable meal. Thank you for keeping up the amazing work!
