Never ordered from here before and won’t be doing so again. Don’t know if the issue was foodhub or chandelier. Order for collection rejected and no reason given. Payment processed so now got to wait for a refund! Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Generally happy with my order. Food was pretty good, particularly the fish starters and hot meat. Starter portion sizes were average to good. Mains were also good with decent amount of food, but the disappointing part was that none were labelled, so none of us knew what we were getting. Because of this i couldn't rate the dishes either. Ordered with an uber offer, and I think I got good value for money. I saw there have been a few negative reviews, but on balance, I'm happy with my order. Thanks guys. They advertise closing at 11pm. I placed an order at 10.35pm. They cancelled my order 20 minutes after I placed it stating they close at 10.30pm. It was a big order they couldn’t be bothered to make but are happy to inconvenience my family and me. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
