We stopped at Che Pasta! to get some pasta to take away, and we were pleasantly surprised by how good it was. We ordered the carbonara, and it was absolutely delicious. The pasta itself was cooked very well, and the carbonara had plenty of Parmigiano, which we really appreciated. It had a rich and satisfying flavour without feeling like they were trying to save on the ingredients. What we particularly liked was that the quality was not sacrificed just because we were ordering takeaway. Sometimes takeaway pasta can be a bit disappointing compared with eating in a restaurant, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. The pasta was still very enjoyable and felt like a proper meal rather than a quick, low-effort takeaway option. The value for money was also excellent, especially considering the location in Rome. The portions were satisfying, the food was tasty, and the prices were very reasonable. Even the soft drinks were well priced, which is something that is becoming increasingly difficult to find in touristy areas. Overall, this was exactly the kind of place we were looking for when we wanted something quick, tasty and affordable. If you are in the area and want good pasta without spending a lot of money, Che Pasta! is definitely worth considering. We would happily come back, especially for the carbonara.
