We were sent here by our local tour guide, And we’re so grateful. Very low key, great menu. Huge selection of wines. But, it’s all about the food! We had 3 starters and 2 pastas. Everything was top notch. Attentive and professional staff, we were never rushed, and the food came out with perfect timing and temperature!

Beyond my comprehension how this place has such high ratings. We came here because of the reviews, but wish I read the reviews first, just didn't have time. Ordered the ragu pasta and it was clearly microwaved since the fat it was cooked in was separated from the rest of the ingredients and pasta edges were dry. Didn't want to seem rude, so took a few bites and couldn't continue. Would have eaten the bread instead, but it was old and over baked. Went home ate a tomato with bread. They're "kitchen" and cleaning station is at the entrance of the restaurant so if you sit up front, be ready for a lot of clinking noise and watch your food microwaved in front of you. Hey at least they're not completely hiding that fact. And staff looks miserable. On a positive note the wine was good and seems like a lot of others think so too, so why don't they just keep it simple and serve wine with appetizers. Anyhow if you want to eat overpriced microwaved food then this is the place.

Outstanding enoteca for a lively, varied & very Italian dinner in a prime Roma location. Excellent service, robust wine list, hard to go wrong at this venue. As may be obvious, sharing varied & multiple dishes at Enoteca Cul de Sac is the name of the game!!
