If you're looking for the most delicious cheesecake in town, this is the place for you. The guys make stracciatella cheesecake with caramelized buckwheat popcorn - and it’s just a gastro-revelation, love and pleasure rated 10 on a five-point scale. (And this despite the fact that I never eat cheesecakes at all, but I pinched this one from a friend and have been ordering it every time since then). In general, Cheese Connection is very good for breakfast or business lunches: here you can find a table away from prying eyes, fortunately the space allows it. And in addition to the conversation, there is very tasty food. The food is really good: beef tartare, pancakes with salmon - everything is juicy, with an abundance of spices and flavors, very worthy! Of course, this is not an atmospheric restaurant, so it is not suitable for special occasions. But in its category and for the purposes above, it is an excellent option.
