We had such a great evening here! The drinks are amazing, the atmosphere is great, and Alessandro made the experience especially memorable. He took the time to explain the cocktails and ingredients, and we had such an interesting conversation about the connection between perfumes, scents and cocktails. You can really tell how passionate and knowledgeable he is about his craft. He truly went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much, Alessandro! Sara & Fredrik. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

as someone who literally just finished the final episode of the final season of The Bear right before walking to Chiave, my senses were primed and ready to cast judgement and let me just tell you, I was beyond impressed with every little detail of this place. My two favorite details were: next to each drink on the menu was a little illustration of the unique glass it would come in. I had never seen this before but I found that to be such a creative way for them to help guests understand the menu and what they could expect from a drink - but what was even more unique and creative was a QR code inviting guests to listen to the soundtrack of their menu. It pulled up a Spotify playlist with a track for each drink! My husband and I both really enjoyed listening to those, and again, had never seen this before in a bar expanding each individual drink to reach the sense of sound, as well as taste, touch, smell, and sight. I really appreciate how much thought they put into hitting each of these senses for every one of their drinks. I mean how cool is that? The fact that the drinks were delicious was just the cherry on top of this experience. Highly recommend! (Also, yes, our drinks are empty in the photo - unfortunately I didn’t think to take a photo until after we drank them and I knew I’d be writing this review haha) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
