OMGGGG...I finally made it to CSC and I mean it when I said it made my whole entire today. Today, 6/1/26 around noon, I went to the Wycliff Rd location. I have been researching, reading reviews, etc for over a year now...only to arrive and still be indecisive. Joe (cashier) was super patient with my friend and I. Kate was AMAZING as well. Despite the high traffic/business...they both remained professional and kind. I REALLY appreciate that. Now the food.....MAN, MAN, MAN! I am almost done with my plate, but I had to pause to type this. I cannot wait to return! Thanks you two! Oh- I got the Olivia's Old South on a toasted croissant with the broccoli salad. I am overly pleased! Meal type: Lunch

Chicken salad is great and service is friendly. I ordered the Classic Carol on toasted wheatberry bread with lettuce and tomatoe. It was fantastic. There was a long line, but it moved quickly. Also tried the broccoli salad. It is fresh and delicious. For a fast casual chain restaurant, this place hits all the marks. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Chicken Salad Chick! The Cranberry Kelli (the cranberry and almond chicken salad) is absolutely delicious, and it pairs perfectly with their fresh croissants. I also really enjoyed the macaroni and cheese. Beyond the food, the service is truly top-notch. The staff is attentive—they even checked in to clear my plates while I was eating, which was a nice touch. The restaurant itself is well-maintained, clean, and the bathrooms are spotless.
