Worst chicken sandwich, tiny bit of dried up chick with too much over cooked batter, very disappointed, I've always had generous meals here with lots of actual chicken not sure why this meal was so awful, might be enough for me not to go back. Gave one star because I had to otherwise zero stars. Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Hi Steve,Thank you so much for being a loyal customer and for your kind words about our usual portions. That means a lot to us.We are very sorry that the chicken sandwich was such a disappointment this time. Dry chicken and overcooked batter is definitely not the standard we aim for, and we completely understand your frustration. We take a lot of pride in our food, so we would really appreciate the chance to look into what happened and make things right for you.Could you please email us directly at chicken649victoria@gmail.com? We would be very grateful for another chance to serve you properly.
