Chinatown Express is hands down one of my go-to spots when I’m craving great Chinese food. From the moment you walk in, the service is welcoming, quick, and efficient. The staff really knows how to keep things moving while still making you feel taken care of. The food is where they truly shine, everything is fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. You can tell they take pride in their cooking. The portions are generous, and every dish I’ve tried has been packed with authentic taste and quality ingredients. What really stands out is how fast you get your food without sacrificing quality. It’s the perfect spot whether you’re dining in or grabbing something quick. If you’re looking for great food, solid portions, and reliable service, Chinatown Express definitely delivers. I’ll keep coming back. If this is the one on Duraleigh Rd I will Never Patronize here again! I work at a hotel in Raleigh and will also deter Anyone attempting to Patronize this establishment while in the hotel. The lady taking orders is Consistently rude on top of being barely Understandable. This time after taking my order and asking how much top on the card as usual, I replied, "1.00 " Only because I had cash for the driver also. I am a very generous tipper. She then replied, "Only 1.00?" I immediately canceled my order and refuse to Ever purchase again. This isn't the first time either. We should stop Patronizing these "Establishments" which are Disrespectful and Rude Only because they know they have a Specific Product and sell to Everyone but their Own.
