Went to pick up an online order for a family member and it was not ready. Waited a bit to see if they were running behind and nothing. When an employee asked for the order name they said they made it 20 minutes ago and that someone must have taken the order. When they remade the order, it wasn't per the order. We didn't find out until we got home. It is really not good practice to just place online orders on a shelf for anyone to take them. Someone should be checking for the actual person or delivery person the order is for is the individual picking up the order. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

My fiancée and I came in today and got late lunch around 3:30pm. The two ladies that were working the front were so nice and were very friendly and funny. I would definitely come back here even though we have a closer one to us! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This location is ALWAYS delayed on their meats. They are always behind making chicken and steak. This location has long lines due to this. Be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes. This is the second day in a row. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
