I went thru the drive-thru today ended up getting NOTHING I would give 0 stars if I could. I pulled into the drive-thru lane about noon. There was a fairly long line ahead of me but it's fast food, I figured that I could probably still be through in less than 10 minutes. HAH HAH! It took me more than 10 minutes just to get to the speaker. There were vehicles behind me so I could not back out. At the speaker I waited and waited and waited for another 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged that they knew I was there. I finally said something and I heard a response about being short handed please wait. I waited about 5 more minutes and finally told them that I was NOT going to order but instead would drive on through. I then pulled around so I was behind 1 other vehicle. After another 5 minutes they got their food. I went to the window and told the person there how angry I was. Again I heard about them being short-handed but as far as I was concerned that's STILL NO EXCUSE FOR NOT TELLING THE PERSON AT THE SPEAKER WHY YOU WERE IGNORING THEM. I am not proud of yelling at a minimum wage teenage worker but 30 plus minutes of waiting for FAST FOOD AND I NEVER EVEN GOT TO ORDER WAS AT LEAST 20 minutes TOO LONG. Maybe put a sign up where you enter the land of no backing up would have helped prevent this from happening. That was definitely a management issue. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The atmosphere was not busy and very quiet. Had a few issues that will make me not return to this location. First the card machine was not working and second the food was very substandard. I was not expecting fresh off the grill but the burgers and chicken sandwiches tasted still frozen. Lastly the soda machine had very limites options. Whoever owns this store or is in charge needs to put some serious love into this store. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

CHARGING ME FOR AN EXTRA SAUCE WHEN IT SPILLED BECAUSE IT WAS SEALED LIKE A VAULT !!!! I am done with Wendy's. I pay 10$ for 2 dollars of food, sauce is part of the meal.....not an up charge. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
