What is going on with the portions? You ask for extra and they give you a tiny little drop. Half the time they don’t even give you a noticeable amount of guacamole. PEOPLE PAY EXTRA FOR IT!! GIVE AN AMOUNT THAT’S WORTH THE RIDICULOUS $2!!! The employees act like the food portions come out of their paycheck. Absolutely ridiculous. Please don’t bother coming to this location, they’re going to skimp out on your order. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

While I’m not one to normally leave bad reviews because I completely understand how it can hurt a business.. this place completely earned it. I live nearby so I frequent it often, and I used to actually eat Chipotle almost daily. The past say 2 years this place has been continuously going downhill. I went in today to pick up an order around 8pm, and all the staff as usual look totally checked out and miserable. This has been a reoccurring theme every time I go no matter the time of day. They don’t smile, they barely use their words when taking the order, they have no manners or inviting attitude. I can deal with that, however today when I went in I should’ve taken pictures, but my mouth almost dropped. The place was absolutely filthy. It looks like a storm just ran through. Every single table was not cleaned, there was rice and beans all over the tables. The counter where you get utensils looks like a child went over there and was throwing forks and spoons everywhere all over the counter. Garbages were overflowing, there was stuff on the floor , and garbage overflowing onto the utensil trays. Talk about unsanitary. Also the food has noticeably gone downhill, everytime I get a craving and order, and I start eating it I don’t even want to finish it. It’s mediocre at best. Meanwhile the prices are $30 for a bowl and some chips and guac. The guac is brown and not fresh more often than not. I really just don’t plan on eating Chipotle anymore, and whomever manages this establishment should be ashamed of themselves, and should be let go and never work a job in management because they very clearly have no idea what they are doing, and do not care about what they are doing. Furthermore mind you, this is in Garden City. A upper middle class shopping center. Very disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
