First of all, we apologize for the condition in which you found your table upon arrival. We know that cleanliness and presentation are essential to enjoy a good experience, and we appreciate you pointing this out to us. Our team is always available to set up and clean a table when needed. In our outdoor space, we use paper coverings, but for a more formal experience, we have fabric table linens and glassware inside the restaurant. If we had been informed, we would have cleaned the table or offered a different seating option without any problem. As for the food, we are very sorry that the patatas bravas were not to your liking. All of our potatoes are prepared in the same fryer to ensure uniformity in cooking, but if any piece does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to inform us at the time so we can rectify it and offer you a more satisfactory solution. We do not recommend consuming something you do not like, and our team is always willing to change or adjust the dish according to the client's preferences. Regarding the prawns and paella, we regret that the preparation was not what you expected. If you had told us at the time, we could have substituted the dishes or suggested another option from our menu. We highly value the satisfaction of our guests, and we always try to act in the moment to improve their experience.
