I sat in line behind a car that was at the window 5 mins or more . When I got to the the window I sat 5 mins more . My online order was not ready . It was placed at 7:43 . Once I received my drinks I was told I was waiting on apple pie and poppers so could I pull in front of the store . 2 customers went inside when I notice one of the employees locking the front door . The Wrightsboro rd location always lock the door at 10pm. I went to the door for the manager to try to tell me to go thru the drive thru & I told her no I was asked to park . So my food was bagged and the same young guy that locked the door handed it to me and I asked for ketchup and hot sauce . He proceeded to put a few in my bag and dropped the rest on the ground no I’m sorry I will get you more nothing . As I got in the car I notice no straws for my large drinks went back to the the door knocked on the glass too get straws . I always have issues with this location . The have no get up and go , don’t care about the customers and very rude . And it’s always the same heavy set manager with dreads there when I have an issue and she has no care in the world . I stay walking distance from this location but I would rather go to peach orchard rd location to get good customer service. This location sucks and need new staff and management. Me and my husband went here today and when I tell u the young lady that was taking my order act like she didn’t want be at work today she reported my order back and still messed it up all the way I will never come to this location again I will keep going to peach orchard, the customer service wasn’t how it supposed to been. Shrimps tasted like dish liquid Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
