Food was good per usual, but Ashlyn’s service was PHENOMENAL! We came in kind of close to closing, and she was a rockstar. I tried Chuy’s for the first time and was seriously impressed. The homemade chips were fresh and absolutely hit the spot, and the salsas tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful. I also had a margarita on the rocks that was amazing. The jalapeño ranch dip is dangerously addictive. I ordered the chicken tortilla soup and chicken quesadillas, while my group tried the flautas and tacos al carbon — everything was delicious. The decor is colorful, artistic, and gives the restaurant a really fun atmosphere. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely a must-try when visiting.
