The black girl with the pink shirt has zero customer service. Her attitude was so nasty. Only asking a simple plastic fork and she gave it with the nastiest face ever. Then proceed to play with her phone again. Did you hire her to treat any customers with that attitude? Don't you train those new hires before placing them in the store? I bought a box of Cinnabons to take to my mother. When we opened the box all of the Cinnabons were hard and old. We tried desperately to rewarm them not improving the texture or quality. A $21 investment of a product we used to love has become a lessons learned moment to never buy prepackaged Cinnabons. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

There’s just something special about getting Cinnabon at the mall. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. Service was quick, and the tables were right nearby, making it easy to sit down and enjoy it. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
