I recently tried the Caramel PecanBon at Cinnabon in Riyadh Gallery Mall. While the roll was fresh and topped with the usual delicious caramel and crunchy pecans, it was underbaked inside, leaving the center doughy and not fully cooked. The combination of caramel and pecans was still indulgent, but the undercooked center detracted from the experience. The service was quick, and the outer layers were tasty as always, but better attention to baking would have made it perfect.
