Starbucks – Riyadh Gallery Mall Extremely disappointed with the service at this Starbucks branch. The staff were incredibly rude and unresponsive when I reported an issue with a double charge on my card. Their machine showed a "declined" transaction, but the amount was actually deducted from my account—twice. When I raised the concern, the staff member available casually mentioned that this has happened to other customers as well, yet they offered no help or resolution. No refund was issued, and they seemed completely indifferent to the problem. The lack of accountability and customer support is unacceptable, especially for a brand like Starbucks. I walked away feeling frustrated, unheard. I sincerely hope Starbucks management takes note and addresses this behavior, as it seriously damages customer trust. I have informed all my colleagues of the same and will ensure I raise this. Price per person: SAR 140–160
