We visited City Butcher and Barbecue from Bentonville Arkansas and absolutely loved it. The flavors were delicious, and the complimentary onions, jalepenos, pickles, and sauces made the whole experience even more flavorful. We also got 3 cookies; they were incredible! The owner was so kind and genuine. If we're ever in Springfield again, we will be back! Even the water from the fountain machine tasted fresh, filtered and clean, which is so rare to find. 10/10! Delicious Very satisfied.. The meat was amazing, I had a pulled pork sandwich and the meat was so moist,my husband had the brisket sandwich he loved it.
