They ruined this place, walk around and see all the Mickey mouse repairs, no front door access decided to build a wall. You've been able to walk through the front door forever through this place the decisions that people make are just unbelievably stupid and ruin businesses and this is the prime example.

Jerry is the best F&B manager rail city has had in years. I am a local and come to unwind and have some great food. The food quality has improved since he's been there and I love the buffet reopening, I bring my friends & family. Jerry always remembers my name and makes sure he greets me and asks me how everything is every time I see him!

Rail city casino is not a good place to work they not only discriminate people by their color but they also over work their employees I gave my heart and soul to this company for 2 years never had an chance to have a break in life while others get to call in all the time and not receive any pto after being there for so long they pick and choose who they want there who they want to help and it's not a good environment for work the upper management and human resources are very inconsiderate to hard working people and show favoritism to their own kind of people no appreciation for your hard work don't work here with respect jd
