Yes we have had some challenges with our ATM vendor, but the 70% failure rate is extreme and is closer to less than 1%, however if your in the 1% I completely understand how upsetting that can be that you have to wait and extra minute or two. We only allow service animals, when we see an animal our security does approach and to the best of our ability we confirm it is a service animal. The Brickyard is open for 10 hours a day, and it made no sense to keep our gift shop open as the only thing sold was cigarettes and you can now get those at the Brickyard or Bars. Our average employee has been here 5+ years, with some approaching 40, I would put our Slot Techs up against any tech in town, we have the best crew keeping some of the older locals favorites up and running. Our Fecebook Contests aren't fake, ask our 19,000 followers or if you don't believe me turn us over to gaming and they will investigate. I guess if you like ATM's fees and getting hit with daily limits your not a fan of Koin. We were sad to see the Mox go, but it had to happen.
