Cloud Red is easily one of the best rooftop venues in Colombo. I visited in the evening and was immediately impressed by the stunning panoramic views of the city skyline and the ocean. The atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxed, making it a great place to unwind with friends or enjoy a night out. The food and drinks were well presented and enjoyable, while the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the visit. The rooftop pool and modern setting add to the overall experience, creating a stylish and memorable ambiance. Whether you're a local looking for a unique night out or a visitor wanting to experience Colombo from above, Cloud Red is definitely worth a visit. I would happily return again.

The ambience was pleasant, which initially gave us high expectations for the evening. However, despite spending well over 12,000 on food and drinks, the overall experience was quite underwhelming. None of the sparkling cocktails on the menu were available, which was disappointing. We also ordered the mixed grill expecting it to come with corn as mentioned, but it was replaced with fries without informing us beforehand. The calamari was the only highlight of our visit, but overall the food, the drinks and service did not match the standards we were expecting from a 4-star hotel experience. The bar tender was quite friendly. Price per person: Rs 6,000–7,000 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
