Attempted to buy a birthday cake for our party. I was told that they did not have the staff who would make a cake. I called another Cold Stone. They explained to me the process and that they would have to make it today, let it sit and be finished the following day. I ordered from them. It comes down to the person at this Cold Stone did not want to make the cake and said that they didn't have the staff to do it because they did not want to provide excellent customer service and do the work.
