Honestly quite surprised how delicious the food was. I got the chorizo and tortilla egg scramble and it was amazing. Eggs on point, veggies fresh, chips homemade i think. Excellent service and friendly. It’s a hidden gem. It was ready so fast as well. I waited maybe 5-10 minutes for my food. This was a cute little spot I picked for hubby and I to get lunch. The house special is amazing, nicely priced for 2 people. Kind server as well as excellent presentation and taste recommend Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Waffle Combo Vegetarian options: Vegetarian omelet and burgers is what I saw.

First off, Colibri Grill has amazing food. The menu is varied and has something for every taste but the BBQ is to die for (especially the ribs), and the creative eggs Benedict options are sublime, from chicken fried steak to Mahi Mahi you can't go wrong. The staff are attentive and conversational giving the restaurant an intimate feel even to first time customers. Everything in the restaurant from the food and menu to the atmosphere is a labor of love by the owner of Colibri Grill Cafe; who is also the chef. I highly recommend this restaurant for all occasions and know any first timers will fall In love at their first bite.
