Report incorrect information
We reserved two rooms for 5 days at a good rate of about $54.00 a night. We tried to extend for another 5 days and they said that they could not because there were no rooms available. They lied about that because checking online they had rooms available, but for $120 a night instead of $54 and that was probably the reason they did not want to extend our days.
And to make our experience even better, on our last day, we stepped out of our rooms to go have breakfast and around 7:30 they decided to clean our rooms when we still had the room until 11:00.
We left some personal belongings in the room like a shirt, airpods, and also a credit card. Well when we returned they were gone. We went to the lobby to report the items missing and they called the cleaning lady to ask about those items. Well she said that she did find them and was going to turn them in but.........
The interesting thing was that she had put them in a black trash bag, double bagged and tied...........so of course her plan was to steal the items since I guess she thought we weren't coming back.
So if you stay there, do not let them in to clean your room or especially leave anything of value in the room while your away...due to these issues, I will never stay at another Confort Inn and will let our company know not to book rooms for our 60+ employees ever again....
