Hello Jessica, First off I'm so sorry you were made to feel so unwelcome on your visit! That is absolutely NOT our goal or how things should go. The majority of our staff is extremely welcoming and friendly, and are trained to be, so this is very disheartening to hear. I would really appreciate getting more information about your visit so the necessary steps can be taken to ensure other guests aren't treated this way, would you mind emailing me direction so I can learn more? I can be reached at taproom@compassrosebrewery.comAs for the family atmosphere, while we are a family friendly brewery we've gotten a lot of pressure to move to a 21+ platform, instead we decided to incorporate more rules for children so they are still very welcome, but we need to keep the adult drinking crowd happy as well. It's a difficult line to walk, but we're doing our best! I hope to hear back from you soon, and if you'd be willing to give us one more chance, your next pint is on me!
