I’m going to rate my experience at Constantine Toronto 1.5/10. We ordered the Arribiata pasta which was undercooked, as the pasta was quite hard and the portion was very small. Not worth the price. The female bartender who served us was lovely, but our experience was made unpleasant by Anthony who I believe is a server/supervisor. His behavior came across as rude, condescending, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate for someone in a leadership position in the hospitality industry. Most concerning was hearing him speak negatively about the guests sitting just a few tables away from us, openly and within their earshot. I found that blatant level of disrespect towards a paying customer shocking. A guest should never be belittled or made to feel unwelcome by the staff. I was extremely disappointed by this behaviour and by the lack of professionalism demonstrated by management. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
