First of all, I love Cook Out banana shakes! I'll go out of my way to go there. I was very disappointed and surprised this time. The shake had pieces of banana that weren't mixed up. The windows at the drive through were filthy. I asked the young lady if they were busy. She replied no we're just having fun, keeping things alive. There were stacks of cups haphazardly shoved in the corner. The young lady was helpful and kind. I was given napkins, straws and a carrier for my two shakes. I won't visit this restaurant again.
