I plain said I didn’t want no pickles on my food. They put half a can of seasoning on my fries about to give me high blood pressure and then laughing like like it’s funny. This is a bad establishment. I would recommend nobody to eat their food if you’re black like me. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointing experience at this Cook Out location. The burger patty had an extremely strong burnt smell and bitter taste, like it was cooked on a dirty grill or with old burnt grease buildup. The flavor was overpowering and made the food very unpleasant to eat. It honestly tasted like the cooking surface had not been cleaned properly for a long time. Definitely not the quality or experience I expected. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

The customer service at this location is very disappointing. The drive-thru employees often make customers feel like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. I would much rather visit one of the Charlotte locations for a better experience
