Genuinely disappointed in how trash this location has become, I’ve never had a serious issue outside of something is ALWAYS missing from the order, I guess that’s what happens when you hire people who are hellbent on amassing as much incompetence as humanly possible. I’ve never seen such blatant disregard for your own job. Definitely ruined the convenience of the location but Western Blvd Cook Out will be the one for the foreseeable future that will be getting my money. Truly, the complete lack of care from the cashiers is astonishing. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This location gave me a terrible experience. I was fine with the wait in the drive thru, but the issue started with the cashier, Daneisha, taking my order incorrectly and I found out after I had left the drive thru. I got back in the drive thru line to get the issue fixed. The atmosphere was I could hear the Cooks in the back complaining and yelling at Daneisha even when she admitted fault when asking for a remake by handing my receipt ticket to the cooks. The cooks corrected the initial issue with my burger I thought. When I checked my food after leaving the drive thru, the cooks had forgot to put other food items on my burger that I had ordered. I didn't want to risk being disappointed again and took the L, went home. I was order #1360. I will be driving an extra 10 minutes to the Cook Out on Capital by Brentwood. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

The best value in fast food, hands down. You really can’t beat the Cook Out Tray. Getting a charbroiled burger or NC-style BBQ as a main, and then being able to choose a quesadilla and a corn dog as sides is elite tier. The food is always hot, fresh off the grill, and served fast.
