I go to McDonald's everyday for frappe I am a very loyal customer when it comes to the frappe if I miss a day something's wrong that's how much I go to McDonald's for frappe well on this particular day the line was backed up and I had to pull forward and part to wait for my frappe Mr Enrique went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer he went out of his way to make sure my frappe was perfect he gave me an extra straw when I asked for one he was prepared professional and we need more employees like him Enrique thank you so much for your service because of you I recommend this location to other customers thank you Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stopped here for breakfast on my way to work and ordered nothing more than a sandwich and a coffee. Despite being the only car in the drive-thru and the restaurant not being busy, I was told to pull into a curbside pickup spot and wait for my order. That completely defeats the purpose of fast food. People stop at McDonald's on their way to work because it's supposed to be quick and convenient. If I have to park and wait for a basic breakfast order during a slow period, I might as well make breakfast at home or go to a restaurant. This location needs to do a better job of serving customers efficiently. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10

If I could give zero stars, trust me, I would. Every single time I go through the drive-thru, they mess up my order. Today was a perfect example. I placed my order, paid, and drove away—only to realize I had the wrong food in my bag. So I had to turn around and drive back. Such an inconvenience! When I got back, an employee named Maria completely ignored my concern and brushed me off with a simple 'I’m sorry.' She dismissed me as I tried to explain that my son would now be late for school. Instead of taking accountability, she replied, 'Well, you’re here upset with an attitude!' She showed no consideration for the extra time I had to take because of their lack of communication and poor customer service. On top of that, they didn’t even put a straw in my bag for my drink. These employees need BETTER TRAINING. This is a service-driven job, and they have to do better than this. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
