On a Sunday morning we spent 30 minutes in a que as only one poor member of staff, poor management and cost saving. Useless

Place just keeps getting worse. Long queue and staff with no idea how to make coffee ‘go figure’. Had to have my black americano remade…not the most difficult drink to make. Tables all filthy, next time will be a local independent coffee shop

Out of my last 9 visits I’ve honestly only managed to get one drink!! Normally due to hot chocolate not being available or huge queues and only 1 member of staff serving. Staff turnover is ridiculous which possibly explains why most of them haven’t got a clue what they are doing! Managed to get a drink on my 8th attempt which was a lukewarm chocolate. Only reason I keep trying is because I tag along on the school run with my wife.
